Gourmet WW Bread Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of WW Bread (Weight Watchers Bread)
- 1 chicken breast
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- Parkay spray (or any cooking spray)
- Sharp Cheddar Velveeta cheese slices
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the seasoned chicken breast until it’s cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
- Sauté the Onions:
- In the same skillet, add thinly sliced onions.
