Ingredients:
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 + 1/2 pounds ground beef (85% lean)
- 1 cup salsa (preferably with green peppers)
- 1/3 cup diced yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 + 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons chili powder

- 1/4 cup ketchup or hot sauce
Instructions:
