Succulent Slow-Cooked Barbecue Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of your preferred Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, freshly minced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 4 to 5 pounds baby back ribs
Instructions:
FIRST STEP: Preparing the Marinade
- In a ziplock bag, pour in the Barbecue Sauce.
- Add brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne if desired.
SECOND STEP: Marinating the Ribs
- Zip the bag closed and knead it with your hands, ensuring thorough mixing of the sauce ingredients.
- Open the bag and place the ribs inside.
THIRD STEP: Coating the Ribs
- Close the bag and shake it to coat the ribs completely.
- Spray the inside of the crockpot.
FOURTH STEP: Setting Up the Crockpot
- Open the bag and place the coated ribs into the crockpot.
- Pour ¾ of the sauce from the bag into the crockpot, ensuring the ribs are well-covered.
FIFTH STEP: Slow-Cooking
- Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours for fall-off-the-bone tenderness or on low for 9 hours for an equally succulent result.
- If you prefer the meat soft but still on the bone, cook on low for 7 hours for that perfect fall-off-the-bone texture.
SIXTH STEP: Serving
- Have some of the sauce available on the table, allowing each person to customize their serving.
- Enjoy this delectable dish with your favorite people! ❤️
