  • 2 tbsp melted grass-fed butter
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

How to Prepare Garlic Butter Juicy Pork Chops

  1. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees.
  2. Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the microwave or on the stove to create the butter sauce; adjust quantity to taste.
  4. Combine thyme and minced garlic with the melted butter, stirring well, and set aside.
  5. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Sear the pork chops for approximately 4 minutes on each side until they achieve a golden brown color.
  6. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the pork chops and transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake until the internal temperature reaches 145 to 150 degrees.
  7. Once done, remove the pan from the oven and spoon over any remaining butter sauce.
