Spinach and Cheese Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cake flour
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 eggs
- 500 g frozen chopped spinach
- 500 g bacon pieces
- 1/2 onion, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and then mix in the milk, baking powder, and flour until smooth.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, spinach, bacon, and chopped onions until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the bake is set and golden brown on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
