INGREDIENTS:
- 2 crowns of broccoli
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
- 12 oz bag bean sprouts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 cups chopped mushrooms
- 12 large shrimp
- 1 1/2 cups roasted chicken breast
- 3/4 cup Kikkoman Stir Fry Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- Prep Vegetables:
- Brown onions in a pan, then add garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add broccoli and cook for another 2 minutes. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water, cover, and cook until tender,
stirring often.
- Cook Additional Vegetables:
- Add shredded carrots, celery, and mushrooms, cooking until tender.
- Remove the vegetable mixture and place it in a bowl to set aside.
- Cook Shrimp:
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink, stirring often.
- Remove the cooked shrimp and add them to the bowl with the vegetable mixture.
- Heat Chicken and Add Bean Sprouts:
- Add the roasted chicken to the pan to heat through.
- Introduce bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Add the set aside vegetable and shrimp mixture back to the pan.
- Slowly pour in the stir fry sauce, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
