Savory Potato Bread Delight in a Skillet 😋
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 500ml water
- 800g flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1kg boiled potatoes
- 50g butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 250g cheese
- 140g sliced salami
Preparation:
- In a bowl, combine the egg, olive oil, water, flour, and salt. Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the boiled potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll each out, filling them with the prepared mixture of potatoes, cheese, and salami.
