- 300 grams of mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)

Preparation:
- Prepare the Cassava:
Begin by thoroughly washing, peeling, and cooking the cassava until it is tender. Once cooked, place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Create the Puree:
Add the butter to the cassava and mash the mixture well until you achieve a smooth, lump-free puree.
- Season the Dough:
