Ridiculously Easy Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 3 cans (15 ounces each) of sliced peaches
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the sliced peaches and place them in a 9-inch round cake pan, an 8-inch square pan, or any other similar-sized baking dish.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the peaches.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Gradually add the milk, stirring until the mixture is well-blended.
- Pour the batter over the peaches, allowing some of the peaches to remain visible for a rustic appearance.
- Bake the cobbler in the preheated oven for approximately one hour, until the top is golden brown and the edges are slightly crisp.
- Serve warm or at room temperature for a delightful dessert.
