Ingredients
For the Cake:
- 100g water
- 100g milk
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
- 80g butter
- 130g flour
- 3 eggs

Instructions
Making the Cake:
- In a saucepan, combine the water, milk, salt, sugar, and butter. Heat until the butter has completely melted.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
- Cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and allow it to cool.
- Once cooled, gradually mix in the eggs, one at a time, until you achieve a smooth, elastic dough.
- Spread the dough evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before proceeding.

- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
