Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ cup Beef Broth
- 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 5 Potatoes, Peeled And Thinly Sliced
- 1 ½ cup Shredded Cheese
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and generously grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the onions are tender and the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, beef broth, dried rosemary, garlic powder, cream of mushroom soup, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Top the potatoes with ⅓ of the soup mixture and half of the cooked meat mixture.
