Perfectly Crafted Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds of red potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons of unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with non-stick spray or greasing it with oil.
- In a large bowl, halve the potatoes and place them in the bowl.
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, basil, and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
