Paçoca Pavé with White Chocolate 😘
Ingredients:
- 500ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 500ml of cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 Cup of crumbled paçoca
- 400g malted biscuit or cornstarch
White Ganache:
- 200g white chocolate
- 100ml of cream
Method of Preparation:
- Dissolve the cornstarch with a little milk and pour it into a pan. Add the milk, cream, condensed milk, butter, and crumbled paçoca.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens, then let it cool.
- With the paçoca cream already cold, create a layer on a plate, followed by a layer of biscuits. Repeat the process until you run out of paçoca cream and cookies (it is not necessary to wet them).
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and mix it with the cream until it becomes a creamy ganache. Pour it over the pavé.
- Decorate with paçocas and refrigerate for 3 hours.
