Paçoca Pavé with White Chocolate 😘

Ingredients:

  • 500ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 500ml of cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 Cup of crumbled paçoca
  • 400g malted biscuit or cornstarch

White Ganache:

  • 200g white chocolate
  • 100ml of cream

Method of Preparation:

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch with a little milk and pour it into a pan. Add the milk, cream, condensed milk, butter, and crumbled paçoca.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens, then let it cool.
  3. With the paçoca cream already cold, create a layer on a plate, followed by a layer of biscuits. Repeat the process until you run out of paçoca cream and cookies (it is not necessary to wet them).
  4. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and mix it with the cream until it becomes a creamy ganache. Pour it over the pavé.
  5. Decorate with paçocas and refrigerate for 3 hours.
