No Bake Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 1/4 cup salted pretzels
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Filling:
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup 35% whipping cream, whipped
Chocolate Whip Cream:
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped dark chocolate
- 2 cups 35% whip cream
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Crust:
- Pulse the pretzels in a food processor until finely ground.
- Mix pretzel crumbs with brown sugar and melted butter in a large bowl until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate.
- Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

Make the Filling:
- In a bowl, blend together cream cheese, peanut butter, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.

Prepare the Chocolate Whip Cream:
- In a double boiler over medium heat, melt the dark chocolate with a portion of the whipped cream until smooth.
- Chill the mixture until cold.
- Once chilled, beat the chocolate mixture with a mixer until thick and spreadable.
