Exquisite No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 5 mini bags of Nilla Wafer Minis (or 1 regular sized Nilla Wafers)
- 8 ounces of soft cream cheese
- ½ cup of sugar
- 8 ounce tub of cool whip
- ½ cup of cherry preserves
- 1 can of cherry pie filling
Instructions:
- Begin by lining a loaf pan with Nilla Wafers, forming a base.
- In a mixer, combine the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Gradually add the cool whip to the cream cheese mixture, beating until well incorporated.
- Gently spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the layer of cookies in the loaf pan.
- Loosen the cherry preserves by stirring, then dollop them over the cheesecake mixture and spread gently.
- Add another layer of Nilla Wafers on top of the cherry preserves, then cover with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the cherry pie filling over the top layer of cheesecake mixture.
- Refrigerate the lasagna overnight to set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream.
