No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna

Exquisite No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 5 mini bags of Nilla Wafer Minis (or 1 regular sized Nilla Wafers)
  • 8 ounces of soft cream cheese
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 8 ounce tub of cool whip
  • ½ cup of cherry preserves
  • 1 can of cherry pie filling

Instructions:

  1. Begin by lining a loaf pan with Nilla Wafers, forming a base.
  2. In a mixer, combine the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the cool whip to the cream cheese mixture, beating until well incorporated.
  4. Gently spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the layer of cookies in the loaf pan.
  5. Loosen the cherry preserves by stirring, then dollop them over the cheesecake mixture and spread gently.
  6. Add another layer of Nilla Wafers on top of the cherry preserves, then cover with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
  7. Pour the cherry pie filling over the top layer of cheesecake mixture.
  8. Refrigerate the lasagna overnight to set.
  9. Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream.
