  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:
  • In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until the crumbs are thoroughly moistened.

4. Chill and Serve:
  • Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is firm and set.
  • Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled.

Tips

  • For an extra flavor boost, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg to the graham cracker crust.
  • Garnish with additional banana slices or a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
