Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
  • Doritos, Nacho Cheese flavored, crushed
  • 4 flour tortilla wraps
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef: In a skillet, crumble and thoroughly cook the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: Add the chopped onions and green peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 4 minutes.
  3. Season the Beef: Mix in the Taco Seasoning packet and stir well.
  4. Combine Cheese and Rotel: In a bowl, mix together the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce until well blended.
  5. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lay out the four tortillas on a flat surface.
    • Spread a layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
    • Add a portion of the meat mixture on top of the cheese.
    • Add dollops of sour cream and sprinkle with diced onions, green peppers, and crushed Doritos.
  6. Wrap the Tortillas: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up burrito-style.
  7. Toast the Wraps: Heat another skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps in the skillet and toast until they are crispy on both sides.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Serve the wraps immediately, topped with shredded lettuce and any of your favorite toppings.
