  • 3 cups wheat flour

  • 10g organic yeast

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a blender, combine the warm milk, butter, egg, sugar, salt, and yeast. Blend until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
  2. Form the Dough: Transfer the blended mixture to a large bowl. Gradually add the wheat flour, mixing continuously until a consistent dough forms.
  3. Let the Dough Rest: Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
  4. Shape and Prepare for Baking: After the dough has rested, shape it into small balls and arrange them in a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake: Preheat your oven to 356°F (180°C). Bake the dough balls for approximately 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
