Lumpia Supreme Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup jicama, julienned
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 pack lumpia wrappers
- Oil for frying
Directions:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground pork. Add shrimp and cook until pink; then, incorporate minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in jicama, carrots, green beans, and bean sprouts. Cook until the vegetables reach a tender-crisp consistency.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
- Spoon a portion of the filling onto a lumpia wrapper, fold the sides in, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water.
- In a deep pan, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the lumpia until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with your preferred dipping sauce.
