Homemade Pineapple Soft Serve Ice Cream

Ingredients:

• 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
• 8 oz frozen whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
• 3 tbsp honey or 2 tbsp sugar
• 6 oz pineapple juice

Instructions:

1. In a powerful blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and whipped.
2. If the consistency is too runny, add 1/4 cup of ice and blend further.
3. For a more aesthetically pleasing presentation, transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe into serving cups.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
