Ingredients:

  • 1 pound block mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mozzarella Sticks:
    Slice the block of mozzarella cheese into sticks about 1/2-inch thick. Ensure they are of uniform size to achieve the perfect balance between crispiness and melted cheese.
  2. Set Up the Breading Station:
    Arrange three shallow bowls for breading. In the first bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. In the second bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and garlic powder. Keep the flour in the third bowl. This setup will streamline the breading process.
