Heavenly Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 120g sugar
- 150ml milk
- 50ml vegetable oil
- 150g flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 5g baking powder
- 10g gelatin
- 50ml water
- 200g condensed milk
- 200ml whipped cream
- 50g chocolate
- 40ml lukewarm cream
Preparation:
- Begin by combining eggs with sugar and salt in a bowl; then add milk and oil. Sift together the flour,
cocoa powder, and baking powder. - Transfer the batter to a skillet and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
- Divide the cocoa cookie into two pieces. Place the first piece into the mold.
- In a separate bowl, beat condensed milk with whipped cream, mix in gelatin, and pour the mixture into
the mold. Cover with the second piece of dark biscuit. - Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
