Heavenly Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 120g sugar
  • 150ml milk
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 150g flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 5g baking powder
  • 10g gelatin
  • 50ml water
  • 200g condensed milk
  • 200ml whipped cream
  • 50g chocolate
  • 40ml lukewarm cream

Preparation:

  1. Begin by combining eggs with sugar and salt in a bowl; then add milk and oil. Sift together the flour,
    cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  2. Transfer the batter to a skillet and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the cocoa cookie into two pieces. Place the first piece into the mold.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat condensed milk with whipped cream, mix in gelatin, and pour the mixture into
    the mold. Cover with the second piece of dark biscuit.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  6. Finally, top it off with a delightful chocolate and cream mixture. Indulge and enjoy this heavenly
    treat.
