Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet
Ingredients:
- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak strips to the skillet and cook until both sides are browned, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the quartered potatoes and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet with the potatoes. Stir until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
- Return the cooked steak back to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious meal!
