Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak strips to the skillet and cook until both sides are browned, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the quartered potatoes and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet with the potatoes. Stir until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
  6. Return the cooked steak back to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious meal!
