Exquisite Dessert Delight: Colorful Gelatin Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 packets of grape-flavored gelatin
- 2 packets of strawberry jelly
- 2 packets of lemon flavored gelatin
- 2 packets of pineapple flavored gelatin
- 250 ml cold water (for each flavor)
- 250 ml hot water (for each flavor)
Cream Layer:
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cartons of cream
- 1 carton of condensed milk
- 1 ½ packets of unflavored gelatin
- 7 tablespoons of water
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
Directions:
Preparing the Gelatin Layers:
1. Dissolve the grape-flavored gelatin packets in 250 ml of hot water in a bowl. Stir until fully dissolved.
2. Add 250 ml of cold water to the mixture and continue stirring until well combined. Pour the dissolved grape gelatin into a rectangular mold and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until set.
3. Repeat the process with the other gelatin flavors, refrigerating each layer until firm.
4. Once set, cut the gelatins into small cubes and arrange them in a bowl. Set aside.
Preparing the Cream Layer:
1. Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in water according to the package instructions.
2. In a blender, combine cream, milk, condensed milk, sugar, and the hydrated gelatin. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the cream mixture over the gelatin cubes in the bowl and mix well.
4. Lightly grease a 25 cm diameter central-hole pan with oil.
5. Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
Serving:
Once set, remove the dessert from the fridge, unmold, and serve this delightful and colorful jelly creation. Enjoy!
