Ingredients:

  • 2.11 cups (500 ml) of milk
  • 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 6.76 fluid ounces (200 ml) of heavy cream
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
  • 10 White Gold Bonbons

For the topping:

  • 7.05 ounces (200 grams) of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 6.76 fluid ounces (200 ml) of heavy cream

Directions:

Prepare the Bonbons:

  1. Cut the bonbons into small pieces and set them aside.
  2. Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in 110 ml of room-temperature water.

Gelatin Preparation:

  1. Melt the hydrated gelatin in a bain-marie or microwave for approximately 15 seconds.

Mixing Ingredients:

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, cream, sweetened condensed milk, and dissolved gelatin. Blend for about two minutes until well mixed.
  2. Spread the chopped bonbons evenly across a medium-sized platter.

Forming the Dessert:

  1. Pour the blended mixture over the bonbon pieces.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the mixture to firm up.

Topping:

Melting the Chocolate:

  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave, being careful to avoid burning.

Combining with Cream:

  1. Once the chocolate is fully melted, add the heavy cream and mix thoroughly.

Final Assembly:

  1. Cover the bonbon mousse with the chocolate and cream mixture.
  2. Decorate with the remaining bonbons.
  3. Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
