- 10 White Gold Bonbons

- 7.05 ounces (200 grams) of semi-sweet chocolate
- 6.76 fluid ounces (200 ml) of heavy cream
Directions:
Prepare the Bonbons:
- Cut the bonbons into small pieces and set them aside.
- Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in 110 ml of room-temperature water.
Gelatin Preparation:
- Melt the hydrated gelatin in a bain-marie or microwave for approximately 15 seconds.
Mixing Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the milk, cream, sweetened condensed milk, and dissolved gelatin. Blend for about two minutes until well mixed.
- Spread the chopped bonbons evenly across a medium-sized platter.
Forming the Dessert:
- Pour the blended mixture over the bonbon pieces.

Melting the Chocolate:
