Elevated Egg Roll Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
- 450 grams of ground sausage
- 6 cups of coleslaw mix
- 4 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage, ensuring it remains intact, until thoroughly cooked. Do not drain the excess fat.
- Add the coleslaw mix, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce to the skillet with the sausage. Cook until the cabbage is heated through.
- Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes, allowing the cabbage to slightly soften, while stirring occasionally.
- Finish by garnishing with chopped green onions and drizzling with toasted sesame oil after removing it from the heat.
