Elevate Your Senses with Stuffed Peanut Butter Cup Donuts!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold halfway.
  6. Place a mini peanut butter cup in the center of each mold and cover with more batter until 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.

For the Glaze:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
