Ingredients:
- 1 rack of ribs (unseasoned)
- 3/8 cup (95 ml) ketchup
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) barbecue sauce
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 3/4 cup (190 ml) maple syrup
- 4 tbsp HP sauce
- Paprika, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preparation:
- Boil the ribs for approximately one hour. This crucial step ensures tender and flavorful ribs.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Sauce Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, barbecue sauce, chili sauce, maple syrup, HP sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
