Dutch Baby Bake Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the butter into pats and place them in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Put the dish in the oven until the butter melts.
- While the butter is melting, blend the eggs, milk, flour, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the batter over the melted butter.
- Bake for approximately 22 minutes, or until the edges of the Dutch Baby are puffed up and golden brown.
- Cut into slices and serve with toppings of your choice, such as powdered sugar, syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruits.
