Delicious Naan Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 packet of yeast (purple packet)
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups of warm water and milk (1 cup water – 1 cup milk)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add the oil and mix with your hands until crumbs form.
- Create a well in the center of the mixture and add the beaten eggs. Gradually pour in the warm milk and water mixture while mixing to form a dough. Use 1 and a half to 2 cups of the warm milk and water mixture to achieve the desired dough consistency. Knead the dough well.
- Allow the dough to rise until it doubles in size. Then, divide it into balls and place them in a greased pan. Let the dough rise again.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Brush the risen dough with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds or poppy seeds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the tops are golden brown.
