Delicious Moist Chocolate Cake 😋
Ingredients for the Cake:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Method:
- In a blender, blend eggs, milk, sugar, oil, and cocoa powder for 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into a container and add sifted wheat flour, gently mixing until combined.
- Add baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased and cocoa-powder-sprinkled medium pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Soft Kiss Filling:
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1/2 box of cream
- 100 g grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon margarine
Method:
- In a pan, melt margarine, add condensed milk and grated coconut. Stir until it starts to come away from the bottom.
- Add half the box of cream, mix well, and set aside.
Creamy Brigadeiro Topping:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Method:
- In a pan, combine condensed milk, margarine, and cocoa powder.
- Stir constantly until it no longer sticks to the bottom. Turn off the heat, add cream, mix well, and set aside.
Cake Assembly:
- Once the cake is completely cold, cut it in half.
- Wet it with half the syrup and pour the entire soft kiss mixture over it.
- Place the other half of the cake on top and pour the brigadeiro on it.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy your indulgent treat!
