Ingredients:
- 2 cups of creamy mashed potatoes
- 1 beaten egg

- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the potato cakes in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, achieving a golden brown and cooked-through texture.
- Drain the potato cakes on paper towels.
- Serve immediately or transfer them to a baking sheet and crisp them up in the oven for 10 minutes.
