  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in their own juice
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3/4 lb bunch of green grapes, halved
  • 2 bananas
  • 16 oz package of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding (Jell-o brand recommended for the best flavor)

Optional: Feel free to add any other fruits of your choice to customize the salad to your liking.

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour the pineapple chunks along with their juice. Add the vanilla instant pudding mix and stir until the mixture becomes creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the drained mandarin oranges.
