Delicious Fluffy Fried Balls
Ingredients:
- 120 ml Warm milk
- 10g Brewer’s yeast
- 40g Sugar
- 40g melted butter (or substitute with oil)
- Pinch of salt
- 8g Vanilla flavoring
- 1 egg at room temperature
- 280g All-purpose flour
Directions:
- Begin by dissolving the yeast in warm milk.
- Transfer the mixture into a large bowl, then add sugar, melted butter, salt, vanilla, egg, and flour.
- Thoroughly combine the ingredients until a uniform dough forms.
- Allow the dough to rise until it doubles in volume.
- Once risen, shape the dough into balls and let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Fry the dough balls in hot oil until golden brown.
