  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Begin by browning the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Once browned, add in the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion turns translucent.
