Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 50 grams of butter
- 1 plain yogurt
- 200 grams of sugar
- 5 eggs
- 200 grams of flour
- 7 grams of yeast
- 100 grams of chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Begin by peeling the bananas and placing them in a bowl. Using a fork, mash the bananas, then add the yogurt and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the room temperature butter and sugar until smooth. Gradually add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Incorporate the mashed banana and yogurt mixture into the butter and sugar mixture, stirring until well combined. Sift in the flour and yeast, then gently fold the ingredients together.
