Delicious Banana Cake 🍌😋
Ingredients:
- Ripe bananas
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
For the Custard:
- 3 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 80g chocolate
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 cup cold milk
Preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar until creamy. Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla; continue beating. Incorporate flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Allow the cake to cool. Carefully trim the top with a knife, leaving a margin from the edges.
- Mix all custard ingredients, cook over low heat until thickened. Once thickened, turn off the heat, add butter and vanilla. Cool the custard.
- In a separate bowl, whip a cup of milk with a package of whipped cream. Combine with the custard. Grind the chocolate and fold it into the mixture. Enjoy your delectable banana cake with this luscious chocolate custard!
