Ingredients:
- 3 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
- 4 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt, to taste
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

- 2 teaspoons paprika
Instructions:

- Slice the potatoes into wedges.
