Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (for potatoes)
- 2 strip steaks, about 10 ounces each
- Olive oil

- Steak seasoning (such as Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
Instructions:
- Begin by washing the potatoes and cutting them into small cubes.
- Toss the potato cubes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley. Adjust seasonings according to taste preference.
- Cook the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 20 minutes, shaking them occasionally for even cooking.
- While the potatoes are cooking, cut the steaks into roughly 1-inch cubes.
- Coat the steak cubes in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, set them aside and proceed to cook the steak bites in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 7 minutes, or until desired doneness (approximately medium).
- While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic and dried parsley to make the garlic butter sauce.
- Once the steak bites are cooked to your liking, pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
- Serve the garlic butter steak bites over the crispy potatoes.
