Delectable Skinny Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 20 oz. Frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 2 Cans of reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
  • ⅔ C. Evaporated milk
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 C. Reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ C. Bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine cooked chicken and broccoli in a spacious mixing bowl.
  3. Add reduced-fat cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and garlic powder to the bowl. Stir thoroughly for an even mixture.
  4. Layer the chicken and broccoli blend into a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
