Delicious Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 (10.5 ounces) can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 (6 ounces) package of stuffing mix
- ¾ cup water
- 1 (16 ounces) bag of frozen green beans
- 3-4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with half a cup of water until well combined. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Add the stuffing mix on top of the chicken, followed by the frozen green beans.
- Pour the remaining water over the stuffing.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the stuffing is moist.
