Fried Potatoes and Onions

These easy Fried Potatoes and Onions come together in less than 25 minutes for an irresistible breakfast or a simple dinnertime side dish. Bursting with flavor, they’re a true family favorite!

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced potatoes and onions to the pan.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
