Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper on both sides.
