Creamy Chipped Beef Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
- 2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 (8 oz.) package of finely chopped dried beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 stalks of green onion, finely chopped (extra for optional garnish)
- Ritz crackers, for serving
- Salt
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dried beef, and green onions using a mixer or wooden spoon.
- Once well combined, add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
- Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap, tightly seal, and shape it into a ball.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until firm.
- Unwrap the cheese ball and serve with Ritz crackers. Garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired.
