  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Unsalted Butter, Melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, buttermilk, oil, eggs,
    and vanilla. Use an electric mixer to beat the ingredients for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with an offset spatula.
  4. In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Sprinkle the topping on the loaf of bread.

    it from the oven to cool.
