Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

Ingredients (Serves 8)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • 12 oz refrigerated biscuits (one 12 oz can)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  3. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters.
  4. Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Evenly spread the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
