I recently prepared Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls for my son-in-law’s 40th birthday party, and they were an absolute hit! This dish combines the comforting flavors of Italian cuisine with a creamy twist, making it perfect for family gatherings and special events. Ingredients

For the Lasagna Rolls:

  • 8 servings of cooked lasagna noodles, drained
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 ¾ cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, combine:

  • 1 ¾ cups shredded chicken breast
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Mix until smooth and well combined.

2. Assemble the Lasagna Rolls

  • Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles on a clean surface.
  • Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly over each noodle, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Carefully roll up each noodle and place them side by side in a baking dish.

3. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
