Cherry Cheesecake Lush Dessert
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 stick (½ cup) melted butter
Cheesecake Layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz. whipped topping, divided
Cheesecake Pudding Layer:
- 2 small boxes cheesecake flavored pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
Toppings:
- 1 can Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, finely chopped pecans, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking pan and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.
- In a separate mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 ½ cups of whipped topping until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Combine cheesecake pudding mix, milk, and 1 cup of whipped topping. Mix until smooth and spread evenly over the cream cheese layer in the pan.
- Top the dessert with Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling, the remaining whipped topping, and ½ cup of chopped pecans.
