Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Base Layer: Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared dish, ensuring the seams are sealed.
  3. Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, blend together the cream cheese, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Evenly spread this mixture over the dough layer in the dish.
  4. Top Layer: Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the cream cheese mixture, carefully sealing the edges.
