Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients:

  • 200g Biscuits
  • 100g Melted Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • 700g Cream Cheese
  • 100g Sugar (about ½ cup)
  • 150g Melted Chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 40g Hazelnut Kernels (about ⅓ cup)

Preparation:

  1. Crust:
    • Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter in a bowl.
    • Transfer the mixture to a baking tray and press it down to form an even layer.
  2. Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese, eggs, and sugar until smooth.
    • Pour this mixture over the pressed biscuit crust.
  3. Baking:
    • Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
    • Bake the cheesecake for 45 minutes.
  4. Chocolate Coating:
    • Once baked, cut the cheesecake into bite-sized squares.
    • Combine the melted chocolate with vegetable oil, then dip each cheesecake square into the chocolate mixture.
    • Sprinkle with chopped hazelnut kernels.
  5. Final Touch:
    • Freeze the chocolate-coated cheesecake bites for 15 minutes.
