Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients:
- 200g Biscuits
- 100g Melted Butter
- 5 Eggs
- 700g Cream Cheese
- 100g Sugar (about ½ cup)
- 150g Melted Chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 40g Hazelnut Kernels (about ⅓ cup)
Preparation:
- Crust:
- Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking tray and press it down to form an even layer.
- Cheesecake Filling:
- In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese, eggs, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour this mixture over the pressed biscuit crust.
- Baking:
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Bake the cheesecake for 45 minutes.
- Chocolate Coating:
- Once baked, cut the cheesecake into bite-sized squares.
- Combine the melted chocolate with vegetable oil, then dip each cheesecake square into the chocolate mixture.
- Sprinkle with chopped hazelnut kernels.
- Final Touch:
- Freeze the chocolate-coated cheesecake bites for 15 minutes.
